  To support the increase in the number of visitors, a massive amount of investment in Morocco is being directed towards improving the country’s road infrastructure. By the year 2010, Morocco plans to have constructed 1,450km of new roads. Improvements to infrastructure also include upgrading airports and building new ones, the creation and upgrading of ports, and improvements to the high speed rail networks. This whole initiative will benefit the entire country, not just the areas around the six new coastal resorts of the Azur Plan, and will undoubtedly create a huge demand for high quality rental properties.
